Mynd
A living understanding of you.
Axel is most useful when he understands your life: the people who matter, what you’re working toward, and why. Mynd connects what you share across conversations, maintains the bigger picture, and brings relevant details into Axel’s work. So you can spend less time explaining and more time getting things handled.

How it works
From what you share to one picture of your life.
- 01 · Sources
It starts with what comes in.
Mynd learns from sources: something you told Axel, a document you shared, a page he read, an email or a bank transaction from an account you connected, or a note from his own work. The original information is kept as it came in.
- 02 · Details
Important details stay connected to their sources.
Mynd draws out meaningful details while preserving the original information behind them. It distinguishes what you said, what Axel observed, and what Mynd inferred.
- 03 · Situations
Details come together into what’s happening.
Related details come together into an understanding of what’s happening, with links to the information behind it. A situation connects a circumstance, what follows from it and why it matters to you, like a lease ending that means a move, a new budget and a deadline.
- 04 · Big picture
It all adds up to your bigger picture.
At the top sits one picture of your life as a whole: the people in it, what you’re working toward and what’s going on. Axel brings it into the work he does for you.
An illustration
A detail from one conversation can matter in another.
You mention that you want to keep Fridays free for your family. Later, you ask Axel to help plan a project. That earlier priority belongs beside the project’s deadlines, even though you didn’t repeat it in the new request.
Mynd brings the relevant understanding into view. Axel can use it to shape the plan, check an uncertainty, or ask a better question.
“I want to keep Fridays free for my family.”
“Can you help me plan the website project?”
- Launch by Nov 28
- Work blocks Monday to FridayThursday
- Fridays kept free, as you asked earlier
Over time
Picking up where things left off.
- Continuity
It stays with the work.
Mynd works alongside Axel’s ongoing conversation and the responsibilities he’s carrying for you, not as a search box he checks now and then. That means less explaining things twice, and Axel can pick up where earlier work left off.
- Learning
Useful experience can carry forward.
Mynd can retain approaches Axel developed while working, including the circumstances they fit. Later work can draw on that experience instead of starting from scratch.
Change
Understanding changes with your life.
- TimeTrip to Lisbon, Mar 10 to 17History
Details can expire.
A detail can carry dates. When they pass, like a travel plan whose dates have gone by, it moves into history instead of being treated as current.
- ContextBudget: $8,000Project · Kitchen
Details belong somewhere.
The kitchen budget stays connected to the kitchen project, separate from your trip.
- Corrections$8k$10k
You can update one part.
Update the budget without withdrawing the other details you shared. Say “the budget is now $10k, not $8k.”
Recall
The right details, brought to the work.
When Axel takes on something, Mynd finds what’s relevant, whether that’s an exact reference or something related in meaning, and always brings what you just asked and your bigger picture.
Upkeep
It keeps working between conversations.
Every hour that something changed, and in a deeper pass at 3:30 AM each night, Mynd goes back over what it holds. The work includes:
- Linking new details to situations already in progress.
- Merging overlapping descriptions of the same situation.
- Moving details whose dates have passed into history.
- Checking saved understanding against its sources, and flagging what needs repair.
Review, correct, forget
Under your control.
Review what Mynd knows, see the sources behind it, and ask Axel to correct or forget something. Forgetting follows recorded links into the details and understanding built from that source.
Coverage
What Axel knows, and how he knows it.
Mynd distinguishes information you shared, information from documents or connected accounts, and interpretations drawn from it. These labels show the basis of its understanding, not whether an area of your life is fully understood.

Under the hood
A few details, for the curious.
Source references are stored with what Mynd knows, not added afterward as an explanation.
When Mynd keeps something you said as a quote, it keeps it exactly as you said it.
What you say is saved before Mynd organizes it, so a failed step never loses your words.
Mynd runs on each owner’s own Axel computer, on our servers, and the AI models it uses come from established providers.
