The state of every project lives with the people doing the work. Getting it back means status meetings, follow-up messages and typing the same numbers into three places. The people who hold an organization together spend their days relaying it.

Each person’s agent has its own Mynd, so it learns how they work. It helps with whatever they bring it, carries tasks across days and hands work to a colleague’s agent with the context attached. Your people don’t have to learn AI. It learns them.

Each agent knows its person’s part of the work. The organization’s Mynd connects those parts, so a question gets one current answer that shows where each part came from. When two accounts disagree, it tells you instead of quietly picking one.

It works on your records, in your words, and connects to the systems you already use. People and agents work on the same records, so what one changes, the other sees.

Ask “What do we tell our funders this quarter?” and the program team’s updates, the finance lead’s figures and last quarter’s report come together as a draft in your format. Every figure traces back to its source, and nobody had to chase anyone for it.
Built from your people
It starts with what your people know.
Most systems start from records and ask people to keep them current. We start from the people. What each person knows about their part of the work is the ground truth, and everything the organization’s Mynd says is built from it and shows its working. Your official records stay where they are; we connect to them.
Our name comes from axiom: a truth accepted as given. In an organization, the people are the axioms.
For the people doing the work
An agent people actually want to use.
Their day gets better first.
An agent that only reports upward gets ignored. Each one earns its place by being the most useful tool its person has.
Everyone can see what it knows.
Each person will be able to see what the organization’s Mynd holds about their work, see who can read it, and correct it.

Each person’s own Mynd will stay separate from the organization’s, within the sharing your organization agrees.
Every action is on the record.
Agents act within the permissions you set, and every read and write will be logged. Decisions that need a person arrive prepared.
Your data
We never sell or license your data.
Each organization will get its own separate environment, and your data is never used to train models for anyone else. In time, it can all run on hardware you control.

Questions
What people ask us.
Do we have to replace our current systems?
No. Your official records stay where they are. We connect to them, and the organization’s Mynd keeps the map, not a second copy.
Will our people need training?
Very little. Each person starts with work they want done, and their agent learns how they work.
Is this a chatbot on our documents?
No. A chatbot answers from documents. Here each person’s agent follows the work as it happens, and the organization’s answers come from the people doing it: current, and with sources.
What happens when someone leaves?
What their work agent knows about the organization’s work stays with the organization, and their personal conversations are kept apart from it. Their access ends the day they leave.
Is our data used to train models for anyone else?
No.
Which AI models do you use?
Strong models from established providers, swapped as better ones arrive. Where it measurably helps, we’ll tune open models to your organization’s own data.
